Welcome to Lamb Telecom (“Lamb Telecom,” “Lamb Telecom, LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at https://lambtele.com (the “Site”) and any services, content, features, or resources made available through the Site (collectively, the “Services”), including our SMS messaging program.

By accessing or using the Site or Services, or by opting in to receive SMS messages via text keyword, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site or Services.

Lamb Telecom, LLC provides IT and technology-related services to businesses and nonprofits, including but not limited to:

  • Cybersecurity products, services, and solutions
  • Managed IT services
  • Internet and networking consulting and procurement
  • Backups and disaster recovery solutions
  • Phones and UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) solutions
  • Cameras and access control solutions

Any references to “Services” in these Terms include the above as well as any additional services described on our Site or in a separate agreement with you.

You may use the Site only if you:

  • Are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction; and
  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials (if applicable)
  • All activities that occur under your account or through your use of the Site

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate your use of the Site or Services at our sole discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

While we strive to provide useful information about IT solutions, cybersecurity, internet and networking, backups, phones, and security systems, nothing on the Site should be construed as legal, financial, or professional advice.

Descriptions of our Services, including cybersecurity, managed services, internet and networking, backups and disaster recovery, phones & UCaaS, and cameras & access control, are subject to change without notice.

  • We do not guarantee that any particular Service will be available in your location.
  • Pricing, discounts (including nonprofit and church discounts), and service details may vary and are typically governed by separate written agreements, proposals, or contracts between Lamb Telecom and your organization.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a separate signed agreement, the terms of the signed agreement will generally control with respect to the specific Services it covers.

When you contact us through the Site (for example, via “Contact Us” or “Book A Meeting”), we may provide you with a quote or proposal for Services.

  • Quotes and proposals are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding agreement until both parties sign a contract or otherwise agree in writing.
  • Any managed services, cybersecurity solutions, internet and networking arrangements, phone systems, backups, disaster recovery, cameras, and access control services you purchase from Lamb Telecom will be governed by separate service agreements or statements of work.

Disclosure: These SMS-related terms and disclosures are based on common 10DLC registration requirements. They do not constitute legal guidance or create an attorney–client relationship. You should consult your own legal counsel for guidance.

By texting a specific keyword (such as “JOIN,” “START,” or another keyword we designate) to the phone number we publish for our SMS program (the “SMS Number”), you consent to receive conversational SMS messages from Lamb Telecom, LLC as described in this Section 6 and in our Privacy Policy.

A typical SMS opt-in invitation may read:

“Text JOIN to 970-818-8986 to receive conversational SMS updates from Lamb Telecom, LLC related to your inquiries and our services. Message frequency may vary, avg 1–2 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See Privacy Policy: https://lambtele.com/privacy-policy/.”

Your decision to text the keyword and opt in is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services (unless explicitly stated and permitted by law).

Customers opt in to our SMS program by sending a specific keyword via text message to our designated SMS Number. For example:

  • Text JOIN to 970-818-8986 to opt in; or
  • Another keyword we publish in our marketing, site, or forms (e.g., START, LAMB, etc.).

By sending the applicable keyword, you confirm that:

  • You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you used to opt in; and
  • You consent to receive SMS messages from Lamb Telecom, LLC to that number.

Once you have opted in via keyword, our SMS communications may include, but are not limited to:

  • Conversational messages related to your inquiries or use of our Services
  • Appointment reminders and scheduling messages
  • Service updates and outage notifications
  • Important account or security notifications
  • Other relevant communications about our Services and ongoing projects

We do not send SMS messages for unrelated third‑party marketing.

By opting in via keyword and providing your phone number, you consent to receive conversational messages from Lamb Telecom, LLC. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us and the Services you use. On average, you can expect approximately 1–2 messages per month, though actual frequency may be higher or lower depending on your specific engagement with Lamb Telecom.

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may be charged for SMS messages sent to or received from us. Lamb Telecom is not responsible for any such charges. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text or data plan.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us to stop receiving further messages from that number; or
  • Email us at info@lambtele.com with your request and the mobile number you wish to unsubscribe.

We will process your opt-out request as soon as reasonably practical, in accordance with applicable law. You may continue to receive non-SMS communications (such as email) in accordance with your preferences and our Privacy Policy.

  • Reply HELP to any SMS message you receive from us; and/or

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to SMS-related inquiries and support requests.

By opting in to our SMS program via keyword and choosing to receive messages, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our Privacy Policy.

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and design—are owned by Lamb Telecom or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

  • View and temporarily download materials from the Site for your own internal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on our Site, except as expressly permitted by these Terms

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT (INCLUDING SMS COMMUNICATIONS) ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

LAMB TELECOM SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE OR SMS PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR IN SMS MESSAGES

Any reliance you place on information obtained from the Site or SMS messages is strictly at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LAMB TELECOM, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • LOSS OF PROFITS
  • LOSS OF REVENUE
  • LOSS OF DATA
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
  • LOSS OF GOODWILL

ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, SERVICES, OR SMS PROGRAM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, THE SERVICES, OR THE SMS PROGRAM SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability; in such cases, some of the above limitations may not apply to you and our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lamb Telecom and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of the Site, Services, or SMS program
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement or alleged infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party

We may update or modify the Site, SMS program, and these Terms from time to time.

  • When we make changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
  • Your continued use of the Site, Services, or SMS program after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Site, Services, and SMS program.

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site, Services, or SMS program at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Site, Services, and SMS program will immediately cease.
  • Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

These Terms and your use of the Site, Services, and SMS program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, the Services, or the SMS program shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Where required by law, you and Lamb Telecom agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally or through mediation before pursuing litigation.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any other legal notices or policies posted on the Site (such as our Privacy Policy) and any written service agreements between you and Lamb Telecom, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lamb Telecom regarding your use of the Site, Services, and SMS program and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
