    • To process your keyword opt-in and manage your subscription status

Your decision to text the keyword and opt in is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services (unless explicitly stated and permitted by law).

If you opt in via keyword, we may send messages including:

  • Conversational messages related to your inquiries or use of our Services
  • Appointment reminders and scheduling messages
  • Service updates and outage notifications
  • Important account or security notifications
  • Other relevant communications about our Services and ongoing projects

We do not use your mobile number to send unrelated third-party marketing messages.

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us and the Services you use. On average, you can expect approximately 1–2 messages per month, though actual frequency may be higher or lower depending on your specific engagement with Lamb Telecom.

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may be charged for SMS messages sent to or received from us. Lamb Telecom is not responsible for any such charges. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text or data plan.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us to stop receiving further messages from that number; or
  • Email us at info@lambtele.com with your request and the mobile number you wish to unsubscribe.

We will process your opt-out request as soon as reasonably practical, in accordance with applicable law. You may continue to receive non-SMS communications (such as email) consistent with your preferences and this Policy.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to SMS-related inquiries and support requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as required by law.

Apart from the purposes listed above and subject to the preceding paragraph, we do not transfer your personal data to external organizations for their independent use.
