Zach Norris

Owner

Like many IT professionals, Zach was thrust into IT out of college without any formal educational background. His formal education is in finance, which gives him a unique edge in identifying cost savings strategies for businesses, non-profits, churches, and other organizations.

Given his knowledge in Spanish, Mandarin, and Arabic, Zach started his career in fiber infrastructure on the global reach team at a large fiber carrier. With the deep knowledge of network infrastructure he recieved, he moved into a customer intelligence role, focused on defining and understanding customer needs.

Zach then migrated from the fiber and networking industry to voice and UCaaS, quickly working his way up into a territory management role learning about both cloud and premise technologies.

With the experience he learned from his time in technology, Zach leads Lamb Telecom in a way that honors God and honors his customers. He supports Lamb Telecom in its mission to bear witness to God’s creation, through the design and implementation of the world’s most powerful technology solutions.
