Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about how Lamb Telecom works, what it costs and who we help.

What is Lamb Telecom?

We’re a carrier-neutral telecom and IT advisor in Greenwood Village, Colorado. We shop phones, internet, managed IT, cybersecurity and cameras for churches and businesses across 650+ providers, then bring back the one that fits.

How is your advice free?

The provider you pick pays us, not you. That’s how it works in our industry, and it’s why a review costs you nothing.

Is it really free for churches?

Yes. We offer free advisory for churches. We review your phones, internet and IT, shop the options, and handle the switch at no cost to your church.

Will we pay more by going through you?

No. Because of our provider partnerships and wholesale agreements, clients generally end up with a better deal than going direct, or the same price with more support. You also get an advisor who works for you, not the carrier, and our help costs you nothing.

How much can we save?

We’ve saved 200+ clients over $2 million, about 20% on average. If you already have a good deal, we’ll tell you.

What’s the best phone system for a church?

It depends on your staff, buildings and budget, so we don’t push one brand. Most churches we help move to cloud phones and keep the same numbers. They get better features and don’t need a hardware closet.

How do we keep the Sunday livestream from dropping?

Put in a backup internet line that takes over automatically when the main one fails. We find providers that offer faster service with the backup built in, on one simple bill, and we coordinate the switch with them.

Which providers do you work with?

More than 650, and we aren’t tied to any of them. We’re carrier-neutral, so we recommend what fits you, not what pays best.

Do you only work with churches?

No. We also work with businesses and nonprofits in healthcare, legal, finance, education, automotive and government. Churches just get extra focus from us.

Do you work outside Colorado?

Yes. We’re based in Greenwood Village and work with clients in 42 states.

What happens after we sign?

You keep the same advisor. We track every bill, contract and renewal, so nothing auto-renews at a bad rate without anyone noticing.

Can you help with cybersecurity and cameras too?

Yes. We point you to vetted providers for email security, firewalls and backups, plus cameras and access control, and we match you with a managed IT team if you need a help desk.
