What Denver organizations ask us about
- Telecom companies versus an advisor. Most Denver searches are for a telecom company. A carrier can only quote its own network. We set out business internet and networking quotes from many carriers so you see more than one price.
- Several sites across the metro. Organizations with offices in Littleton, Aurora and Westminster often carry a separate contract at each one. We look at SD-WAN and combined billing to bring them together.
- Managed IT that fits your size. We shortlist managed IT providers for Denver teams and compare what each includes, from onboarding to after-hours support.
- Phones and security. We price cloud phone systems and cybersecurity providers together when it saves money. In most cases, you can keep your existing numbers.
Internet and fiber in Denver
Denver has the deepest carrier market in the region. Downtown has carrier hotels and data centers where many networks meet, and many office buildings downtown and in the Tech Center already have several fiber carriers inside. Lumen, the traditional phone company, has the widest network reach and dense metro fiber, and Quantum Fiber, now part of AT&T, covers most neighborhoods. Xfinity cable from Comcast Business reaches nearly every address, and Comcast also sells dedicated fiber to larger sites. Zayo, Crown Castle and Cogent serve office buildings on their networks, and fixed wireless options such as Starry and Webpass serve many apartment and office towers. Google Fiber, Ting and Intrepid Fiber reach small parts of the city and more of the suburbs.
Our Denver tip: in a multi-tenant building, ask the property manager which carriers are already lit. A carrier that is already in the building can usually install faster, with lower build costs, than one that has to dig. We check every carrier at your address, including the ones already wired into your building.

Denver questions
Do you have an office in Denver?
Not in Denver itself. Our only office is in Greenwood Village in the south metro, about 25 minutes from downtown. We work by phone and video and visit in person when it helps, which is easy across the metro. We also serve clients in 42 states.
Is Lamb Telecom a telecom company?
No. We don’t own a network or sell service under our own name. We are an advisor. We compare the telecom companies and managed IT providers that serve Denver, help you choose, and coordinate the start. The provider you choose installs, manages and monitors the service.
How do you handle offices across the metro?
We gather every bill and contract, check every carrier at your address for each site, and show whether combining sites under one provider or one network saves money. The provider handles the installs, and we keep timelines and contract dates in one place for you.
What does your advice cost?
Nothing. Carriers and providers pay us, not you. We have saved more than 200 clients over $2M combined, and we recommend the option that fits you rather than the one that pays us most.
